A New Orleans-based fast-casual pizza concept has expanded to Houston, with its debut shop in the Memorial area.
Reginelli’s offers traditional pizza pies in innovative flavor combinations like the Mediterranean (garlic herb sauce, mozzarella, roasted garlic sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives and fresh spinach) and the saltimbocca (marinated chicken, prosciutto and spinach), as well as salads, baked pasta dinners and appetizers such as Tuscan hummus and spinach and artichoke dip. Patrons can also enjoy wine and beer.
Darryl Reginelli launched the concept in New Orleans in 1996 and later expanded to Baton Rouge. This is the company’s first spot outside of Louisiana. Reginelli partnered with the Brennan family to bring his restaurant to Houston.
