Elevated Bayou Cuisine. That’s how Le Meridien Hotel describes the food at their in-house restaurant, Oxbow 7, located in downtown Houston’s central business district.
When guests enter the restaurant, they’re greeted by a large, colorful mural – the work of beloved local graffiti artist, Gonzo. The dining room is dressed in mid-century modern furniture and fixtures with a stunning starburst lighting element tying it all together.
The menu showcases a wide range of imminently shareable dishes, from playful offerings like lightly fried popcorn with crispy cauliflower or buck shot gumbo to hearty meals of dry-aged New York strip and boudin-stuffed quail. Also, the whimsical dessert menu is not to be missed!
Oxbow 7 is located on 1121 Walker St. and is open 6 a.m. - 10.m. everyday.
