East and South Asian cuisine come together at West U's Nosh Bistro. The elegantly-decorated restaurant, which opened in fall 2012, draws well-heeled diners that come craving the flavors of India, Thailand, Korea and Singapore.
Restaurateur Neera Paditar and business partner Kwan Lee partnered on the venture—set on Kirby Drive, just north of Highway 59. Surrounded by trees, seen through the large north-facing windows, the contemporary, sexy and inviting space was designed from the ground-up to compliment Nosh’s exotic cuisine. Expect to find progressive dishes like the spicy lamb pizza with house-made mozzarella and the quail egg and cauliflower puree-topped short ribs.
