Katy Asian Town

This new Asian-centric development at the northeast corner of I-10 and Grand Parkway is a gourmand’s dream. With the likes of Korean-focused grocer H- Mart anchoring the property, it’s no surprise that other Houston favorites like Houston-based Mala Sichuan, Soju 101, Haus 92 and Atami Japanese Restaurant have joined the mix of tenants.

Craving some boba tea? Sharetea and Gong Cha have both signed on to serve the milk tea-loving patrons in this nearly 16-acre shopping center, which is also near The University of Houston’s new Katy campus.

With a slew of new development on this side of town, Katy could be in for years of new additions. One thing is for sure: if you’re living in the area, or just visiting, no longer will you have to drive out to Bellaire to get the authentic, day-long Asian foodie experience.
