Dig into fresh and tasty creations from rising star chef Manabu Horiuchi, who puts his culinary prowess to work on Kata Robata’s modern Japanese menu. The Tsuji Culinary Institute alumni graduated with top honors from the Japan-set academy before working in Houston as Official Executive Chef to the Consulate General of Japan and later as Executive Chef at West U’s Kubo’s Sushi Bar & Grill.

From Japanese Snapper Sashimi with Truffle Oil Sauce and the divinely-nuanced Uni & King Crab Spoons to the Kobe Beef Roll and Yakitori with Jalapeno Mango Sauce, Chef Horiuchi continues to source the freshest ingredients available in the marketplace and has created one of the most unique and inspired menus in Houston.
