Nicknamed the Juice Girl, Gretchen Todd-Hawkins welcomes fans to her Montrose-area storefront, where she turns out 100% organic juice, smoothies, acai bowls and vegan-friendly ice cream to health-conscious Houstonians.

Building on the success of her former juice truck, Todd-Hawkins offers a one-stop shop for cold-pressed drinks like the green apple’ade, which blends apple, lemon and kale, or the fiesta punch, which promises a refreshing mix of apple, orange, pineapple and pear. Set on the corner of Fairview and Taft, the juice shop also makes room for vegan meals and a half-dozen vegan ice cream flavors that can be made into classic sundaes.
