Gyu-Kaku - Memorial

Following the success of Gyu-Kaku’s Midtown location, the Japanese barbecue concept added another Houston spot in 2017, this time in West Houston. There, diners will find a unique barbecue style that celebrates shared plates and interaction, thanks to personal charcoal grills built in to each table top.

Choose from six types of marinade including miso, sweet soy, garlic, shio white soy, basil or tuzu and put your expert chef skills to work. Gyu-Kaku offers a wide range of meats including Harami Skirt Steak, certified angus Kalbi short rib, as well as pork, lamb, duck and chicken. Looking for more than grilled meat? A few other Japanese staples can also be found including sampler plates for larger parties and a few ramen options. The restaurant also offers beer, wine, sake and cocktails.

Gyu-Kaku is open for lunch and dinner, daily.
