Located in the Garden Oaks neighborhood just north of downtown, pho-enthusiasts can rejoice at Flying Pho, where warm bowls of Hanoi-style soup await.
Owner of Washington Street’s Ninja Ramen, Christopher Huang opened Flying Pho to introduce Houston to a less recognized, northern-style pho. Because broth is everything when it comes to pho, Hanoi-style offers less spice and lighter broth than it's southern counterpart.
This no-frills, straightforward eatery is a great spot for the neighborhood to gather for traditional pho. Flying Pho also offers late night delivery.
