Signature Kafe

If you’ve spent even a few days in Houston, it’s likely you’ve heard of The Breakfast Klub. The legendary Midtown restaurant is so popular weekend mornings that owner Marcus Davis opened Signature Kafe, an expedited version of the Klub.

Signature Kafe serves only catfish and grits, wings and waffles, pancakes, and a few other breakfast staples. The major difference besides a reduced wait time is that new location serves mimosas, margaritas, and Bloody Marys. Kafe will only be open from 10 am-2 pm in the former Julia’s Bistro – behind the original Kulb. Davis has plans to grow Kafe into a larger menu of Southern favorites with expanded lunch and dinner hours.

A nationally recognized breakfast institution, The Breakfast Klub has been called one of the best breakfasts in the country by Good Morning America, USA Today, Esquire Magazine, and Forbes Magazine.
