Fusion Taco - Heights

After years turning out tacos from her Fusion Taco Truck, Julia Sharaby and business partner David Grossman put down brick-and-mortar roots in summer 2013, setting up the first Fusion Taco shop overlooking Downtown’s Market Square Park. Fast forward to 2017, when the pair added a second location along North Main Street in The Heights.

At the new location, fans can expect the same globally-influenced tacos, salads and sandwiches that helped put the restaurant on the map, along with beer, wine and cocktails. With the new full liquor license, Sharaby is on a mission to offer the best, wallet-friendly margaritas in town. Expect savory taco selections showcasing everything from beef short ribs and Chinese BBQ to grilled chicken satay and blackened tilapia.

Fusion Taco is open daily for lunch and dinner.
