Christian's Tailgate - Downtown

Houston’s award-winning Christian’s Tailgate has expanded its burger-making venture again, adding a fifth location in Downtown, just steps from the MetroRail. Located in the historic Pillot Building, in the revamped home of a now-defunct Burger King, Christian’s offers up a sporty interior with community tables and a linger-worthy courtyard.

The spot continues to deliver a casual atmosphere filled with flat-screen TVs and more than two dozen brews on tap including local faves, Karbach, 8th Wonder Brewery and Buffalo Bayou Brewing. Like its predecessors, the Downtown location serves up the company’s signature burger—the same one that earned the biz a spot on Playboy.com’s list of America’s 10 Best Burgers—and other bar fare.

Christian’s is open daily for lunch and dinner.
