The traditional churrasco concept—which launched its first location in San Antonio—opened in Houston’s Galleria area in fall-2011. The steakhouse offers 14 different cuts of meat—chicken, lamb, pork and beef, among others varieties—that is offered in continuous tableside service. Chama Gaucha also tempts patrons with an exquisite salad bar with more than 30 items including exotic cheeses, assorted fresh vegetables and house-made salads. Traditional Brazilian accompaniments are also served tableside.
For special events, the restaurant offers three private dining rooms, perfect for large groups and private parties.
